We lucked out with beautiful weather for our bike tour of Reykjavik. The building in the background is City Hall. We learned many factoids on this tour with an excellent guide. One of which would greatly interest our Alaskan friends / family. Halibut is illegal to catch because it is endangered. Occasionally one gets caught in the nets and can't be saved. The selling price paid for such a catch must all go to the conservation fund. No profit can be made on the sale.
